libcue1 software package provides CUE Sheet Parser Library, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcue1
libcue1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcue1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcue1 *
You will get with libcue1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
